General

This artist uses NO GENERATIVE AI WHATSOEVER.By commissioning this artist, you must complete a REG or YCH Form, both of which ask if you've read and agree to this ToS. By agreeing to the ToS on those forms, you confirm that you are over the age of 18. This artist will not accept requests from minors.In the event that the client submits a REG (regular) or YCH (Your Character Here) form, the artist will contact the client via the provided contact information.At this stage, the artist and client will discuss:
• The details of the provided form
• Follow up questions
• Pricing (Upfront payments only!)Should the client and artist mutually wish to continue the commission, the artist will take the appropriate time to:
• Make a rough sketch
• Discuss changes, notes, or correctionsFollowing this, the artist will complete a comprehensible sketch, short of linework, and provide the client with the FINAL opportunity to discuss changes.When the commission is complete, the artist will send it via the provided email (to retain resolution).Please allow up to 3 weeks for the commission to be finished.

Rights

The ARTIST's rights and responsibilities:
• Responsibility to communicate pricing clearly and comprehensively, including advertising correct pricing in promotional material
• Responsibility to offer appropriate opportunities to discuss changes and corrections
• Responsibility to reiterate to the client when a refund will no longer be available as per the ToS
• Right to deny ANY request
• Right to distribute commissioned work accompanied with the artist's watermark, save for circumstances in which the commissioned work is used for commercial purposes, or in which permission to do so is preemptively denied by the clientThe CLIENT's rights and responsibilities:
• Responsibility to provide ample and comprehensive request information
• Responsibility to agree to the ToS, and by doing so, confirm that the client is 18 years or older
• Right to use and distribute the commissioned product for any purpose

Refunds

This artist has a limited refund policy.The latest a refund may be requested is right before the sketch becomes linework. Once the sketch is clean (or no longer considered "rough"), following the approval of the client, after the discussion of alterations/corrections, a refund is no longer available.To request a refund, communicate via the precedented contact information.
